Best experience organising with Vanessa our Easter get away untill Arrival... arrived at 10.30am on Good Friday to find no electricity at all in our apartment. Its now 4pm and electrician has just arrived and looking for the problem.We are meant to be at a wedding in 30 minutes. No fridge for all the seafood no shower.Very very disappointed!

The rentals are OK but not happy with their customer service. Happy to rent to you but look out for the rudeness at the end - appalled by their office staff and their attitude. Was treated VERY badly for absolutely no reason, so many real estates in The Entrance, what sets them apart has to be customer service - and this place is the pits, go elsewhere.

Rented an apartment in Gosford from Berry Realty. Agent not transparent about the long term water leak issues from apartment above. All previous damage had been covered by a new paint job. In time water damage came through with the most disgusting black mould. It quickly grew over ceilings, walls, our furniture, possessions and clothes. We developed sicknesses that we still suffer from now. For months the agent didn't answer calls, txts or emails. We continued to pay rent as legally required. Finally she contacted us & gave us 1 weeks free rent! We moved out of an unliveable property only for her to delay our bond refund by 1 week. Such a sad situation when you can't trust people that are responsible for ensuring that properties they lease meet basic safe living conditions.

Best real estate agent we have ever had. Rosanne Berry who was our property manager is a very professional and kind person. She takes care of both the landlord as well as the tennant unlike any other real estate agent we ever had during our time renting. Thank you Rosanne
