Very rude staff member. Don't go here unelss you want to be yelled at. When I fuelled up here just now, I did not realise that I hadn't hung the pump nozzle up correctly. When I walked into the store to pay, the staff member yelled angrily 'Number 7, you didn't hang it up properly, go and hang it up properly' over the top of the two other customers waiting in line in front of me. It was terribly rude and aggressive.Some vocabulary you may wish to teach your staff member 'Excuse me ma'am, did you use pump number 7? The nozzle hasn't been hung up correctly, could you please fix it before you pay?'. Bonus points if this can be spoken, not yelled. I did not realise my mistake, and it could have been pointed out politely, without intimidating me.After fixing the pump and paying, I indicated to the staff member that his service was terrible and he yelled at me that he 'wasn't gonna go out there and fix it' himself. At this point I just walked away, because I didn't feel safe. I didn't expect him to fix it, I DID expect him to be polite. I did nothing to provoke him, I walked in and he just started yelling at me. It's called a service station, teach your staff good customer service skills, and some anger management too. People should be able to feel safe when they shop with you.

WORST ever night person staff working in the night. When we approach to get the fuel they dont even give access to it and stay disappear somewhere else inside in the store and then we go inside and ask for prepay, the guy who was there just rudly said go and get the fuel i wont do pre pay". Never coming back here again"

Never felt more secure and safe in my life at this petrol station. AMAZING petrol pumps, so many to choose from, I couldn't decide! The customer service was unforgettable and I will definitely be visiting again!

Absolutely scum bag petrol station selling expired good and when you them that the products is expired they show you attitude don’t go their that’s all .

I hate using the toilets here. I'm a woman truck driver so I need to use a toilet. Its pretty bad

They want the car to be facing the shop so that registration plate can recorded in the camera. I don't understand why the boot reg plate is not good enough. This is the first time I'm facing the issue in coles express in so many years. Looks like its a policy and they are pretty strict about it. You know what! What good your policy can do when customer just decided that he is not going to put gas coles express any more. Good luck with u policy.

Easy to get to and there are enough petrol pumps to fill your car at. You don't have to wait very long even on busy days to fill up.
