Just a quick note to say THANK YOU. Being new to baseball, I really didn't know what was best for me to buy to get kitted out. I was assisted over the phone to select the best options for cleats and baseball pants. The the options available were really great, and the prices very affordable. I am so happy with my purchases. Terrific customer service - especially helpful and useful in the current online environment. We bought a bat online from Greatrex that turned out to have some manufacturing issues, and I dreaded the return and warranty claim process. But Kelly responded so quickly and helpfully, and got a replacement bat shipped from the US that arrived within about a week. Amazing. Kelly has also been incredibly helpful in trying to figure out appropriate gear -and sizing - for our daughter. So nice to be in touch with a real person who knows what they are talking about and cares about the products they are selling, and the people to whom they are selling it to. Highly recommended. Worst service ever! The guy first packed the wrong size of pants in my order - also very expensive $70 for a standard baseball lower. I bought it anyway as I had my training on the same day and only realised they gave me incorrect size at the time of the game. Had no choice but to wear it at the game. Went back to the shop saying they gave me the wrong pant but they flatly refused. First they tried avoiding the return by demanding the receipt. When i said i had the receipt, they started making excuses saying it's been used. It wouldn't have been returned if they did not give me the wrong pant to begin with. There was only one mark on the knee which could have been easily washed away. They could have also offered a solution by exchaning for right size by charging a bit extra for the used pant but they have no customer service sense at all! Both the lady and the guy refused to take any responsibility for giving the wrong pant! I had to buy other items as well for my game so went straight to a nearby (3 minute away) baseball shop called Emmsee Sportswear and these guys provided excellent service and spent time with me to offer assistance in buying the right items! Much cheaper as well! Definitely recommend going there instead.

I've been there a few times now. The staff are attentive and very knowledgeable. There is good selection of baseball gear at reasonable prices.

Super busy at school finish times. Beware, Port Road is a bicycle lane from 3pm.Excellent supplier of baseball gear.Have been purchasing club t-shirts for a few years and have always received a top quality product.
