We had CRC complete an extensive water and termite damage repair on a townhouse, involving the reconstruction of an entire external timber framed wall. Given the challenging nature of the job we had a number of builders refuse to quote. The CRC team worked with us to come up with a manageable solution and performed the repair to an excellent standard. At all times the team were very approachable, professional and performed the work on budget and on time to a high standard. We've since recommended CRC to a number of people and are looking to have them do some work on another property of ours in the near in future. Highly recommended.

Craig and his team did an excellent job renovating our Queenslander. They were on site every day from start to finish of the project, were reasonable with the variations and the quality of the finish is excellent. Craig and his team were a pleasure to deal with - would absolutely recommend them.

I'd had a fairly extensive termite infestation in a wall in my Queenslander and really was worried about the unseen extent of the damage - but I had no idea where to start. I just searched for someone local to me and found Craig Rynne Construction who specialised in termite repair. I called them immediately and after talking to Craig and having him come out and look at the work, I didn't even feel the need to shop around. Craig was very clear about the process and the pricing, which I thought was affordable, and the whole team's communication was great throughout the whole process, especially Simone on email and phone and Brock who was in charge of wall repairs. Everyone was really nice and added to that the work is good, I am really confident in recommending Craig and his team for house repair work if you need it. After moving a colonial home to Graceville our architect recommended Craig for the extensive renovation and extension as “there is nothing he can’t do with wood”.We built an excellent working relationship with Craig during the 9 month project. The work is of an extremely high quality and people who visit often comment on this.We were quite fussy about what we wanted and were keen for the house to look like it had always been in the street. What a pleasure it was to welcome Nick and Sam into our home to do the task at hand, from beginning to end, Nick always kept me in the loop of what needed to be done and suggested different options right till completion. Lovely and respectful young men who i felt comfortable with immediately and could leave in my home whilst i took my son to school. Avoid !! I got Craig Rynne constructions to build a wooden fence in my back yard. He sent a young guy who appeared to be under the influence of something and made a series of major errors . The total mess this job turned out to be is evident in the pictures. While Craig Rynne kept claiming that they would rectify the problem (as they state below) they never did so!! In these interactions he acted as a serious bully. See other one star review for a very similar experience.After no success getting this fence fixed I eventually paid for it to be entirely pulled down and rebuilt. Everyone who quoted for the job was shocked that any builder would build a fence with such a flawed design. The new fence is super and underscores why Craig Rynne building should be avoided.
