I absolutely love this clinic! Have never had a bad experience in the 2 years I’ve been going here! They’re always willing to give their professional recommendations and always ask if you’re having any issues/concerns with your treatments. All the girls are lovely but I’d love to let Carla know she is an absolute lovely lady and always makes me feel comfortable while having treatments done. Again, I love this clinic and cannot fault them on anything xx

For the past six months I have been going to the Stockland store for laser hair removal due to a recommendation from a good friend. I am always impressed by the professionalism, cleanliness and honesty of all employees. Before my first appointment I was extremely nervous because you are in vulnerable situations, often half naked but I felt so comfortable and have no worry at all with the girls.

How extraordinarily disappointing. I am 60 and don't want to look 30. So I thought my 30 something injectable nurse might have a clue about how to provide a good outcome for my $900. I ended up with half the job done, and did not get the increase in volume I was told I would get. When I complained I was subjected to denial and arrogance from both the injector and the practice manager. Wow, for $900 I expect to get some value. This place is not switched on to the mature woman; and frankly, should check their ageist agenda. Very unhappy to have paid a lot of money for nothing. Never again.

I have been going to the Stockland Clinic for over 12 months and my 13yr daughter for the past 6 months. I have found all the staff are not only friendly to us but very professional and know there profession extremely well.As a Registered Nurse I was so impressed of the knowledge the staff have of the skin and I have learnt a few things to treat skin issues.The staff are very patent at all times and as my daughter who has Autism and you rarely see the same consultant twice they all treat her beautiful and never judge when she her behaviours and we always you get the same service by all the ladies.I have recently started taken my disabled sister and the staff are excellent in accommodating and ensure she is not distressed duringtreatment sessions.The staff are very professional, gentle and happy to ensure your experience is of a high standard. I love the most how you are treated as aperson and one that the team ensure you have the same experience each time.As I live out of Townsville and have to re book my appt this is never an issue and staff are happy to do so to ensure we are accommodated.Ladies you deserve a 5 as you all go the extra mile to please your client and no issue is both to any of you.

After my first treatment of needling to treat my acne scaring, I'm loving this clearer brighter skin. My scaring is noticeably improved, my pigmentation has improved, the lines on my face are lighter, and my skin looks so much better.I cant wait to see more results after my next treatments. Love love love!!!The staff were amazing, and very informative upon my first visit and answered all questions I had when first considering this treatment. I am very happy with my results!!

Bought 4 LED light session that have now expired with only 1 week notice to use.I have asked for a call back a number of times to explain how this could happen when I was never told they would expire… no reply!I will never recommend this company

The girls at Laser Clinics Australia in Townsville were wonderful. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable and nothing was a bother. It is an incredibly professional clinic. The services available are affordable and nothing is too much trouble. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting them for a free consultation. Dani was wonderful with me and made me feel very comfortable as I was quite anxious upon arrival. I was lucky enough to see results after the first treatment. Good luck and book an appointment NOW! Don’t think twice.

Lovely staff, nice clean premises. Had my second treatment of micro needling and have noticed the difference in my skin already, it's more glowing, pimples are being reduced and scaring/pigmentation has been improved.

Initially I was extremely happy with the service and level of expertise. I even went on to book some work with the injectables nurse. I had one consultation which was great. I had to cancel/reschedule the next service twice due to the flu (in covid times) and was told I had lost my deposit, even though they would not see me. I will finish my prepaid laser package but wont be back purely on principle. Its a pity as the staff are extremely knowledgeable, yet the company policies does not allow for out of the ordinary circumstances. Disappointing as they lost a lot of future appointments due to an unmovable policy.

while I was waiting for my laser appointment I couldn't help but notice the tension behind the front desk, was a little shocked to see the lack of professionalism and team work from who it seem to be the manager of the clinic with the other workers. My treatment went well and no issue in that department, however the atmosphere and environment was unwelcoming, and rushed
