Joe and the team are fantastic. When your sewer backs up you need someone responsive and reliable, but more importantly to recommend how to prevent it happening again. GPS attended very promptly when our sewer overflowed just before Christmas and managed to clear things out for us to get us through the holiday period. They quoted on repair work to replace 4 sections of pipe and prices were very reasonable, actually significantly cheaper than the other 2 quotes. In carrying out the work they discovered the storm water pipe was incorrectly installed on top of the sewer pipe and were able to come up with an effective solution to remediate the storm water pipe and undertake the sewer replacement. Had an awful experience with Joe from Gladesville Plumbing Services. He was rude, inattentive and was constantly trying to up-sell services which I did not enquire about. You need to do this or else something bad will happen" or "You will regret it". Got a second opinion from another plumber and they confirmed that the additional services were not warranted or required. Joe made threatening comments and spoke unprofessionally
