The service is reasonable. The product range was quite decent, and prices appear to be competitive. The limited parking space on site appears to be adequate. The point of sale system had failed on the day of our visit. The staff were unable to provide a receipt or tax invoice. I was disappointed about that.

These guys know their business. Great friendly service and good competitive prices to go with it. If they're not stocking the piece you need they'll get it in for you, no problems at all. Highly recommended for your hardware needs.

I hate going here because there is always a problem. Some of the staff are great and others act like you've offended them by asking for help. I think some of their staff feel that they are doing the public a favour by interrupting their chats with other staff and mates to answer questions. Wierd and not customer focussed, some are rude and a bit like aggressive police. A few are absolutely professionals and helpful.

Narooma Home Timber and Hardware, in particular Sid, have helped me enormously with advice and great prices. The team are friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to really understand my needs.
