Friendly staff fresh products good specials layout of store is good and clean highly recommended centrally located lots of parking in a medium shopping centre gets extremely busy lots of fresh fruit and vegetables the seafood section is good fresh stock then you have the meat section is full of fresh meat most of the shelves are full but can get busy enough for some things to be empty like toilet paper so apart from that everyone is good I recall i had 1 item at self check out and I got approached by a woolworths staff to go at the front wear the smoke section is and I by passed the long line so that was good I hope this review helps you .. be kind and hit the thumb and add me for more reviews

This used to be such a nice store, but ever since they did the revamp the isles are way to narrow! If you both have trolleys you cannot pass another person in some of the isles, so frustrating. The two stars are for staff - always friendly and helpful, and for stock availability- most times I can get what I want. Just make the isles big enough for shoppers please!

A long serving store to the area, it's finally getting a long overdue upgrade. It should be good when it's finally completed. The new shelving and data strip's along with all other services are already making a difference.

The new layout is horrible. Narrow aisles, different products of the same category spread across the store. Every time I walk in there's 1 person staffing the deli with a line of 3 or 4 people waiting. I have seen so many people walk away from the front desk while waiting for service that never arrives. Many products were dropped during the renovation too Honestly, the service and convenience of this store has gone so far backwards since the mid-2022 renovation that I tend to shop at the Kippa-ring store instead because the layout makes sense, nothing moves every 3 days and there are always staff assisting customers when you need them.

A shout out to the lovely female staff member that I asked where the dog food was. She stopped what she was doing and took me there to show me, asking if I was having a good day then after I thanked her she smiled, said you're welcome and have a lovely Easter! This staff member should win best staff member award in my opinion. I took a star off the 5 star review as the checkout assistant charged me for 2 x $9.90 purchases when I only had 1. She checked my bag when I pointed it out before paying and debited my total and said I must have double scanned it. It's noisy and didn't hear the beep.

Great staff, clean tidy store. Always will stocked. Best feature by far is the scan n go shopping that is only available at a few Woolies shops.
