Waited outside for over 5 minutes because of virus restrictions only allowed 8 people in the store and the doors weren't opening. Had a look inside and there was definitely not 8 people in the store. Some customers left and they said sorry we're closed. We just wanted to ask a couple of questions, they could've had better customer service. Both my partner and I work full time and some Saturday mornings, and closing at 11am and shut Sunday is ridiculous for those have no other chance to go. They've lost our business, and we were gonna buy paint for our whole house

This is directly to manager of dulux Malaga SARAHI know you have experience about how to be a manager of shop but I suggest you to have a training class to how to talk to customers, most of the time I met you there you talk to me very rude and each time I try to forget your language but this time I decided to write a one star review, I wish can give you zero star to you and also I wish one day they change you

So I decided to go into this store myself to see the service I would get and to be honest, not too sure what the others are talking about. I received friendly customer service. The staff member was patient and help me choose colours despite being flat out busy. I guess as human beings we need to realise things can get hectic when a shop is busy... maybe try not to be so judgmental as a customer, they are human after all.

Paint read exterior weather shield water base , we explained what it was used for , used wax remover to clean the surface of plastic . This was for interior being a exterior paint and technological adavanced . But 24 hours later we just touched the surface and the paint was pealing off . Rang and explained to the staff who said we would not have recommended for plastic
