Anthony and his team have done a fantastic job on repairing my civic which was unfortunately the victim of a hit and run. The staff were very professional and have such great attention to detail with the repairs. The turn around time was quick and In 2 days my civic was repaired and the panel looked like it came new off the showroom.Anthony had taken the time to explain the difference between their detailing and paint work on my panel compared to the other panel I had which was repaired and painted by a different panel beater. The difference shows as the other panels clear coat had a bubbly look and the panel that was repaired at Cullens didn't have that.Touch wood that there won't be further incidents with my car but if there was I wouldn't hesitate returning. If you need to get your car repaired I highly recommend paying Anthony's team a visit as they will look after you!

Great attitude and great customer service. After visit other close by 02 repairers for an insurance repair job, they acted as if they did not need business at all. Tony was fantastic to deal with. Like any car enthusiast, I was seriously concerned about the care my Lexus ISF was about to receive. Before telling me what he planned to do and the usual sales pitch, Tony asked me what my biggest concern was about the car and what exactly did I want. When he knew what I had in mind, he advised me the best way to go about things and the proper way to handle it. From then and there I knew Cullens was the garage to trust. Even while admittedly I was very difficult to deal with, Tony and the boys were very professional in their response to my concerns and never palmed me off when I called to check the progress of the repair.The end was result was brilliant, fantastic paint finish, freshly detailed interior which he wasn't obliged to do but did anyway, just a brilliant job over all, in a time frame that was perfectly suited to me.Would definitely recommend. Someone hit and run me and my insurance company recommended cullens as their preferred smash repairer. Within 2 days the photos and quote on fix was already with the insurance company. Within 2 weeks my car was fixed and back on the road. Big shout out to Tony and the team he has working for him.. Absolutely amazing job, I will recommend to everyone I know. Car looks brand new again and most importantly doesn't look like it was ever repaired

This is the second time I took my car to Tony to repair. He always delivered no matter it's small or big job. He even fixed could be electronic error" of my oxygen sensor warning light which is not part of repair job and buff all the scratch marks on the side doors to make them less noticeable. I receive a clean car inside and outside and the repair only take couple days. The workmanship is impeccable as always. I highly recommend Cullens Smash Repairs to anyone for any repairs

Tony and his team are extremely professional. I came to his shop through my insurer as the previous repairs were completed extremely sub par.Tony recognised all the shortcuts they took and overall horrible job the other shop had done and managed to rectify the issue in a very quick time frame. He communicated well through the process and the job he completed was perfect.The car looks much closer to factory and he also did some small fixes around the car on the house.Overall really great experience.
