Got a panel Repaired in my car from a not at fault incident (Through my insurance), the Service was very good, polite and helpful, they offered a ride back to my place once i dropped the car to their premises, and they also delivered the car to me once the job was done. after delivery I noticed a warning light in the dash which was not there before. I contacted them and they requested me to take the car back, So i did and on that same day they performed the fix. A total of 9 Business days (two weekends) to get the car fixed.the panel work and paint work seems correct in my non expert opinion.

Went in three times to pick up our vehicle on the first week of Feb 2021 (MON,TUES & WEDS) after calling to let me know our van had been fixed but it wasn’t. Anyways worst part was, I spilled coffee at the coffee machine area and I had notified the young lady with the pommy accent at the service desk, she turned around and said to me, to clean it up, WOW!! smh, I couldn’t believe it but luckily her coworker (who seemed like she just arrived to work) told me she will take care off it for me Aussie accent (it was really early in the morning too). Thank you to the lady that gave me a hand while the other chick was just sitting there. Where is the customer service cause without us CUSTOMERS you wouldn’t have been there. Annoying especially when you keep calling me to advise our vehicle has been fixed just to find out the ‘malfunction’ is still flashing across the dashboard!!

Places I appreciate:1. not only fixed damaged part, but also fixed scratches on my door.2. good quality of fix3. good customer experiencePlaces I feel speechless:1. Since I saw in some comments they mentioned that you washed their cars, but not mine. Leave the car quite dirty inside and out, feeling little bit disappointed but that's fine. Cuz I guess washing is not a standard service included.2. caused a little dent on another door, though I can understand this is caused during transfering to seven hills, just feel speechless.3. not very fast turnover period. it takes 9 days to fix, comparing to my other repair experience, e.g., 1 day. 9 days is relatively longer than expected.Hope you can improve:1. take more care of customers' be loved cars, looking into more details would be better.2. turnover period, since customers already made an appointment 1 month earlier, once they're told they have to wait another 2 weeks they will fill a bit disappointed.Overall: good

Was pleasantly surprised with how everything was handled. Professional service on all counts. Was kept up to date with the status of my car. I had quite a big repair, and expected it to take much longer. To top it all off, I had the option to have my car delivered to me. I choose to have it delivered to my work. I fell sick the night before it was to be delivered and ended up having to ask my mum to call them to see if they could change the address to my dads home.The service this day was also outstanding. The car was delivered to my dads and everything worked out, I do believe it’s down to how this company operates, seems to have good values instilled in staff members. Well done! Will definitely recommend!

I dropped my car here for rear bumper repair. They said it would be 1,5 week to fix it. But actually it is only 5 working days.They also provided me with free Uber after I dropped my car and when I collected my car as well

SO happy and thankful for the amazing work by SMART repairs on repairing the hail damage to my car through NRMA insurance! My car was only 3 months old when it got caught in one of the hail storms just before Christmas (and apparently had over 100 dents in it!).Everyone I dealt with at SMART Repairs was kind and happy to help - from the assessment, to repairs, on the phone, and when I picked up my car. My car was ready nearly a whole week earlier than expected. When I picked it up and noticed a few minor scratches on it, they were all kindly buffed out by Jose, no questions asked. I was even told to come by at any time if I found any more scratches and they'd be seen to on the spot - which I did, and am ecstatic that my car looks as good as new!! Every dent, and even a section that was repainted, is utterly undetectable.The guys and girls at SMART Repair are working extremely hard to keep up with the demand of hail repairs from the mass of hailstorms that hit Sydney at the end of last year, and all the while the staff remain kind and courteous, and the quality of work remains up to standard. The repair turnover is super quick! I dropped off my car here on Wednesday for smash repairs and was told the estimated time would be 1 week. Surprisingly I was able to pick up my car on Friday the same week - the whole job only took 2 days! Big thanks for the assessment staff being super effective.Besides the quick turnover, the quality of repair is definitely on point. Most of the replacement parts are new and the exchanged part (left headlamp) is in a good condition (there were some water stains inside though). The paint job looks perfect too.The bonus point is the customer service as the receptionists are very friendly and helpful for calling Uber service and answering all my questions.Overall I’m very happy for the service and will recommend people to go there for repairs.

The Experience- Their communication, professionalism and service is extra ordinary. Not that I have tried many repairers but it will be hard for anyone to beat what I experienced. An exemplary business in otherwise known to be a dodgy industry.The Repair- Cannot fault it. It’s too bloody perfect. To top it off, they delivered the car to my doorstep and it was washed/cleaned. Pleasantly surprised!Thank you. Will do business again and recommend you to friends and family.
