When we first met Shane to quote for us, we instantly felt comfortable and reassured that he knew his stuff, we have a challenging block of land with only limited side access on a slope plus a clay and very rocky ground to work with. Shane spent time with us going through all aspects of a pool build, going through many options and not rushing us, Shane gave us options as to how to get around our land challenges and was really positive. We were really happy with Shane and both myself and my husband were quite sure we would go with him, but as Shane was our 1st quote we thought we also got 2 more quotes after that as a comparison - we needn't have bothered, 1 quoted over email without inspecting the difficult sight and not really interested and another looked from the bottom of the road and said too difficult".
