Products are good but however customer service is terrible.I feel like I should be sorry to bother the blonde hair lady because she needed to check out my purchase.This place need a self-serve check out system to help this lady out. Lol.

walked in and walked around looking for some candles to get but i didn’t know which ones were the best so i walked up to the counter where two employees were standing. i stood there and said excuse me and waited for them for around 3 minutes but they choose to completely ignore me and talk between themselves. Terrible customer service! They lost my sale as i just walked out and left and they still just stood there talking. Would expect better from this store. i was there at 18th march 2021 around 1pmWhoever it was working there at that time please talk to these two employees as they completely ignored me after looking at me and i said excuse me but still no response they just kept talking UNBELIEVABLE!!!! never going back there again

I lost a bag while shopping today and could not locate it. Unfortunately there are no cameras installed in the shop to identify this suspicious activity. This is not acceptable as your customer lost something while shopping.

Bad experience. Customer service is no good. Rude cashier, she’s so grumpy and cranky. I want to cancel my purchase because apparently asking her questions makes her upset. Jamie please be kind to your customer. If your tired or don’t want to work, you can call it a day and rest. And don’t pass your disappointment to your customer. God bless

The lady with the sandy blonde hair (possibly a manager) is a somewhat bully. I caught her talking to her one of her staff members in a rude condescending manner. No one should ever be spoken to like that in general let alone a workplace. I sympathise for the staff at Dusk Parramatta that have to put up with that.

Fragrance selections seems very limited. Some of old good scented candles are not available.Same type scented candle in 1 wick, 2 wick selections.If you buying 2 or 3 for some fixed number of candles from different sections that advertised with a sale price, double check with staff. Because I check with staff at first and it was billed different at the counter.

There was this rude blonde woman like the audacity of this woman, she has no right to be rude to us when we were asking just for a simple exchange, she's a bully and needs to be immediately sacked, like she really said what now?" And gave me dirty looks

I had walked in here ready to buy a deal that was advertised on their website.When I had asked the ladies they had no idea and just checked by scanning the item and flat out said they couldn't do it, even though I had showed them the website.I said ok and went off. I ended up calling Penrith who was my local and they checked the website for me and confirmed it was available. They also wanted to call Parramatta since I was already there, I kindly declined and drove my way to Penrith instead.Not sure if all dusk shops are the same, but I hope they get their act together. Penrith was alot more helpful and the staff were happy to help out regardless of how busy they were.

BE CAREFUL!!!! I had a candle from Dusk gifted, follow all the instructions and exploded. Glass everywhere...

I went into the store on Saturday with a birthday voucher I received. I was greeted and helped by Hayley. She was so helpful with deciding what type of diffuser would be suitable and her overall performance was 11/10. All the staff were so wonderful and helpful but definitely a thumbs up for Hayley. Very impressed, thanks girl !
