Was driving past with my wife. Seen they were having a garage same. Must admit not much stuff but I could have stayed all day. Beautiful scenery. Georgous horses. Great people. Had a chat about movies, the horses. Friendly people with down to earth attitudes. Not sure of the business but nice polite guy with manners and a great sense of humour.Gave me a bargain on some DVDs. Worth checking out.

I took my guitar amp to my local shop ( Guitar Brothers) , for repair. Great place and highly recommended .SADLY ... It was then sent to BJ. Upon receiving the Amp, BJ personally contacted me and suggested that I deal with him solely, to save money, to bypass Guitar Brothers ( I now realise it was just for him to act in a dodgey manner, to make more money, going beyond Guitar Brothers).I was told that pickup time , after repair , wouldn't be a problem when explained that I had a major spine injury, and I would need time in recovery to get to his address. He happily obliged.... and then , Not only was terrible work done, but the repairman has left parts out of my 60s amp. There are original 1960s parts missing, that hold the face onto the amp, among other parts.Upon asking where they are, this (non) business person said that he lost them and has no intention to find them..I would steer clear of this very suss person, that not only ripped off Guitar Brothers, but also myself..STEER CLEAR. Inadequate, dishonest, aggressive and unreasonable.(still waiting for original parts for my 60s oz amp that he has misplaced).

My beloved Marshall 30th Anniversary had been dead for 10 years, with a few repairers over the years trying but not being able to get it working again. John had it back running to factory original in 2 weeks! I can't recommend him enough, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
