Horrible experience working there. The managers are nasty bullies. They use temps to make the bullying and firing on the spot ( apprentice style) easy. Employees are seen as dispensable and there is no support. I've worked in big Banks. They're heavenly compared to Service NSW. Don't even consider working there. It's an Extremely toxic workplace. My entire group of 15 new staff, either quit or were fired in tears within just 2 month's. Getting good customer service from staff who are bullied, micromanaged, and underpaid $54k...is also difficult. This is just a Govt department dressed up as something it's not.

The department of customer service, has nothing to do with customer service. If they only knew what customer service was.An absolutely shocking department. Lucky it's tax payer funded would not exist as a corporate organisation.I'm with Chris Lloyd. If male and over 45, you won't hear from them.

Just there for revenue generation. Initially sent fine of an alleged parking offence where they didn't even attach the photos of the offence, demanding that I pay. Knowing full well that many people just pay to make these go away and they are not accountable. They take weeks to respond when you challenge it, and again threaten you with fine escalation when you don't respond within their very short timelines. Disgraceful revenue generation from the government.
