Nice food ..had the pumpkin soup and the chicken burger it was quite filling and flavourful. Most importantly it stays open till 4 when all it's friends close at 3. Bowral is a beautiful place with many beautiful home ware stores and it is easy to loose track of time.. and then when hunger strikes ..it's a life saver

The food was really nice albeit expensive. The menu wasn't interesting as others have commented. It costs 5% extra to eat here on a weekend. 10% more on a public holiday. Although we enjoyed the meal, i don't think we'll be back.

Had an impromptu coffee break and was not disappointed. The ginger turmeric latte was a first for me and quite nice. The serving if fruit toast with preserve was super yum and very filling. Best surprise was the price, definitely value for money.

I had the best experience in this cafe not just in terms of having food, But with a great view along with the food and Amazing staff service. I really recommend to visitors travelling from city side to visit this beautiful cafe. Their coffee are so real and high quality Just unbelievable. This is the best cafe I must say in Bowral, that made my trip so memorable. I visited with my fiancé and sister and they loved it too. Don't forget to check out my photos I have attached.

Located at a convenient location in the town centre of Bowral.Tasty food and good service but a bit pricey for the small portions. The receipt didn't list the items and fees which was a bit dodgy. We paid about 33 dollars each for a small meal and small coffee.They have plenty of seats inside and outside. Quite busy with their takeaways but plenty of seats for dine in customers.There wasn't a queue when we visited. Many other cafes were packed so we had to go with them.The coffee supplier is Campos coffee.Not many menu options but they have most of the usual breakfast and lunch items.

Wonderful cafe! Quick service, good presentation and flavours. Great options to build your own breakfast if you don’t like any of the set meals. The owner is extremely friendly and knows how to make great coffee! P.s If you sit outside, be weary of bees and tiny insects.

I took a drive down to Bowral to have Brunch with my wife.We popped into Janek's cafe.The staff were welcoming, the food was excellent & most important to me, the coffee was well worth the drive.We will definitely come back again soon.

I went to Janeks with a friend on Friday 17 March for a light lunch. I ordered Croissant with Ham and Emmental cheese but without the Ham. I said I would pay for the Ham but to leave out of the Croissant. My friend ordered Scrambled Eggs on Sourdough. When my croissant arrived, it was burnt!!! My friend's eggs were only 1 egg, no butter on the toast. We sent our meals back and they replaced them. My croissant was stale and the cheese was not melted. My friend's eggs were no better except they [probably gave her 2 eggs. What has happened to the cafe - it did have a good rep about a couple of years ago.

Food was average, service was terrible. We ordered wraps, which were tasty enough, but a bit on the dry side - needed a yoghurt sauce or similar. We were not provided with cutlery or napkins, despite asking several times. $75 fot a quick lunch for two. Ordering was chaotic. Altogether, I'm sure you can do better in Bowral.
