Nightmare experience!!!! Had a booking, confirmed the booking than called me to tell me they had double booked and there was no space for my dog!!!!! Horrible horrible place.

Booked my German Shepard in for school holidays 8 months in advance. Spoke to Allan all seemed good. Rang 2 days later for confirmation spoke to Janetta she seemed very unhappy about the booking telling us that they don't normally take German Shepards they don't know and she was not willing to give anything in writing to say the date was booked, even though I offered to pay a deposit (generally not a nice person to deal with). Not ideal if you are planning and paying for a holiday. Why do they even have prices for medium and large dogs, I don't know. Went to a different kennel that had no problem confirming our booking in writing.

I took my dog there for the first time unfortunately I forgot to take my vaccination papers but luckily the lady Janita was super lovely and helpful she called the vet to check my vaccinations where up to date. When I picked my dog up she was clean and very well looked after. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.

For a first time dog owner, leaving my precious pup lab with anyone was a little nerve wracking. I was going away on a holiday and wanted to make sure my pup got the best care whilst staying affordable for me. nalla kennels certainly delivered on that and we’re great in answering all my questions! The best evidence of the care that my pup received was how happy and healthy he looked when I picked him up!! Will definitely be dropping my pup here again!! Thanks Allan and Genita.

Have taken my 2 dogs to Nalla a few times. Always pick them up healthy and happy. Last time I dropped them off they didn't seem to care I was going away..

We have taken our dog here many times. Always happy to stay and comes home Content. Will be sad when it is no longer in business. People who run Nalla are lovely and friendly.

I had an AWFUL experience. The lady was incredibly rude to me when I came to drop my dog here. There was some confusion around the booking. I explained to the lady what I was told over the phone when I made the booking, and she insisted that what I was saying was untrue. Given her physical reactions and verbal abuse I had great concerns about the welfare and safety of my animal and did not leave my dog there. I will definitely not be returning nor recommending this place to anyone.
