I purchased an Aqua One filter from my local pet shop to find that it was extremely noisy to run in my turtle tank.I contacted Aqua One support team for assistance and they were extremely helpful.They got me to try a couple of different things with the filter to see if this would help, but unfortunately it didn't.I was then sent a replacement power head which works great.Thanks so much for all your help.I wouldn't hesitate to buy Aqua One again knowing that I have the back up support should I have any issues or concerns.

Spoke to customer support about a faulty part on the fish tank, they supplied and sent a replacement part as soon possible and it arrived promptly. Amazing customer service

Bought a filter, hasn’t even lasted 12 months, but has a 2 year warranty. Contacted company via phone, no return call. Sent an email, 3 days ago to following up I was told they are waiting to hear from their rep and I need to change 20% of the water every 2-3 days and buy an air filter whilst I wait so my fish don’t die!!! What a joke!! Have heard nothing further, now 2 days later. Looks like I will have to buy a new filter because I simply don’t have time to change water every 2-3 days whilst I continue to wait for someone to actually contact me. This is obviously how they manage to have a 2 year warranty, people don’t claim because they don’t want their fish to die waiting!!

I had an issue with my fish tank light which was only 18 months old. I phoned customer service and I was answered by a very lovely customer service person who requested I send an email with my details and a video of the issue to them. I was very surprised to get an email quickly back saying i would be receiving a replacement light. Great customer service, great communication and 1 very happy customer. Thank you.

Purchased a ceramic light fitting, at approximately $25 . The inner metal screw ring thread fell out and therefore, I couldn't screw in light bulb. I contacted customer care, as the item is obviously a faulty piece, they weren't interested in rectifying the issue as I was unable to provide proof of purchase. Really! Who keeps a receipt for $25 when you get home and plug it in and it's working. Don't know why the metal thread insert dropped out and I can't see any glue or similar holding it in place. What really has upset me it that they addressed their email to me as j. So, not only could they not accept a faulty item but they didn't have the courtesay to address a customer by their name. Just an initial. I certainly won't be purchasing any brands Kong's (Aust) supply and most definitely not REPTILE ONE products.POOR SHOW KONG'S YOU'VE LOST A CUSTOMER!
