100 km After service wheel fell off, breaking studs. Needed a tow back and lost money on accomodation and tour bookings.Winding mechanism worse after $2,000 fix.My advice, find somewhere else for your Jayco repairs and service.

I called into jayco Townsville at 16.45 before the team were finishing up for the long Easter weekend. I needed to purchase Hayman Reece weight distribution bars for towing my caravan, not only did the team supply me with them but they stayed until 17.30 to fit them for me (they close at 17.00).I thought this was an excellent service and would definitely recommend them. One happy customer.

Now I'd like to say I've neen to a few jayco places and this one was a surprise , I was able to see a couple of product I hadn't seen before and also the newest color schemes, there were plenty of vans to look at...staff are friendly not pushy.and let you look at your own pace.....like always a well known brand is Aldso great for servicing....it's good to know there are places right across Australia for this need...it's a nice place and worth the look

Great, friendly staff and I found a fantastic new product here for my grey water tanks called ProPower Probiotic Grey Tank Treatment. Australian, Natural and up to 8 doses for a 500ml bottle! Great value!
