We took an evening tour of Secret Creek Sanctuary which turned out to be a fascinating place with a wide variety of local and endangered native species. It is only able to be viewed with a guide. The guide was passionate about his" animals

Secret Creek Sanctuary
Trevor ran this non-profit sanctuary from his home in Lithgow. His property recently affected by the bushfire, storm and flood. His equipment storage was burned down. He is always looking for a volunteer to help with building fence and maintenance of the sanctuary. During your break while volunteering, you can have fantastic vegan meals on his daughter restaurant. Everyone are welcome!He loves each of his animal friends. True Ozzy hero!

Trevor's knowledge and passion for his sanctuary is to be admired. Well worth the visit. Our entire family learnt a lot and had a great time. Thank you Trevor for the work you do for our native wildlife.

What an amazing place!Visited for lunch on the weekend and the food was delicious. Lucie was a fantastic host and we also had the chance to meet Trevor, the owner.Trevor is such a nice man, he took the time to tell us the story of the sanctuary, its beginnings and how it kept on growing and evolving! He is so passionate about animals and so knowledgeable. It was such a treat to have a chat with Trevor!I can’t wait to go back and do the nocturnal tour to see the quolls!

An amazing organization with an even amazing team taking care of it. Everytime I go there I have such a blast! The restaurant is also amazing! 100% vegan but so good it will please even the biggest meat lovers.
