First Steps Early Education

This daycare is fabulous, the staff are very accommodating and I couldn’t recommend them enough. They have tailored to my needs when I have requested for casual days. They are super friendly and warmly welcoming for my little 6month old. They have great carer to kid ratio and a full program of stimulating learning activities for young ones of all ages. I cannot recommend them highly enough

Fantastic centre with fantastic and caring teachers. My 1 and a half year old is so happy here. The staff are caring and thoughtful, very happy that i made the decision to enrol my son.

My son started his childcare journey when he was 1 years old 4 months. I remember he cried nearly three months at previous centre when drop off and pickup. It seems he doesn't like there at all. We also doubted that if he was really suitable for childcare at that age.Very lucky that we found First Steps and he settled very well after joining in for 2 weeks. After that he was willing to go to childcare and be happy everyday. It is really amazing!We highly recommend this centre to everyone as they have a group of friendly and professional educators who will use their heart to look after your child and provide great assistance.My son will leave this centre end of the year and start his pre-kindy next year. We just want to say thank you to everyone and appreciate your help on his early education.

We have had such a wonderful experience at this centre. The educators are so lovely and nurturing. We can not thank them enough for everything that have done for my 2 boys.Highly recommended.

We had visited more than 20 child cares before sending my daughter to child care, First Step is definitely the best center around Beverly Hills and Kingsgrove areas. My daughter started with First Step when she was only 1 year old. After she attend First Step, I can focus on my work during the day, as I know my daughter is looked after by all the teachers very well. I really appreciate the care and love from all the teachers. We will leave this center because we will move home to the north of Sydney next month. Thank you Ellen, Qin, Despina, Cathy, Natasha, Grace, Vivien, and all the other teachers. Melanie and our family will miss you all !!!!

I was initially so hesitant to send my son to preschool, and struggled to find one I was comfortable with. I put his name down for this one prior to it being open and was nervous about his transition. I can honestly say this is hands down the best centre I’ve ever come across. The director and the teachers are all amazing and extremely professional and you can tell they genuinely care about the wellbeing and progress of your child. So many good things to say about this centre, from the cleanliness down to the care and nurturing that each and every child gets. Thank you first steps, for giving Elijah the best start before he goes off to kindy next year, and cannot wait till I enrol our little princess.

The best decision we made was to enrol our first born son to this centre! That was more then 4 years ago. Now my second son attending centre and he cant be happier. The staff is loving, caring and so well experienced. There is no words to describe enough THANK YOU to all staff members for looking after my babies as they are their own. If you looking for a place where your baby will feel safe and very well look after this is the number ONE choice! If I could I will not hesitate to give them a million stars!!!!!Thank you so much for everything you do for our kids! We love you and looking forward to enrol my third boy, because I can't imagine to have him anywhere else.

We are so happy to have had our son enrolled in First Steps the last 2 years. Our son was well-cared for by loving and experienced educators. First Steps is an exceptionally organised, safe and clean environment for our son to develop, learn and play. The pre-school program provided at the Centre ensured our son is more than ready for kindergarten. Thanks to the owners, director and educators for providing such a perfect place for our son.

Love this centre and love these ladies who have looked after our children since they were babies. We are truly spoilt by them and we are forever grateful to them for looking after our children. They are always accommodating and offering fantastic support. Thank you for looking after them like they are your family.

Cannot recommend this centre enough! We enrolled our son at 1 year old when the centre first opened (after searching for months, for one we felt comfortable with) and had such a positive experience we decided to start our daughter at 10 months.We are so thankful for the love and care that each and every staff member at the centre have shown our children and now that we are moving interstate they will all be dearly missed.Our children are always been shown the attention and encouragement that they need to flourish and they have excelled more than I could have ever imagined.Thank you Ellen, Grace, Qin, Dimi and Faye for all the pride that you put into your work with all of the children - we hope to see you again soon!
