I have never been to this pharmacy before but went for a booster.The young lady working on the Sunday afternoon was so considerate and helpful to everyone. The booster shot went very smoothly and the gentlemen administrating the process were so professional and answered any questions I had .

Wonderful staff, always friendly and lovely, they will price match with chemist warehouse if possible, when asked, and they will order anything you need, they have some really nice gifts, for a quick shop for someone. I am time poor, as most so I give them a quick call, 30mins prior and my scripts are always waiting for me...Wouldn't go anywhere else..Thank you

Customer service lacking. Numerous staff but they seemed to avoid eye contact. I have found the staff culture unfriendly at this chemist. A smile or a I'll be with you shortly " goes a long way."

The chemist is lovely which is why I always return. One of his staff members comes into work on her way home and she is also devine to deal with. The older lady with the white/ grey hair could do with some manners though she is always quite rude and nosey as to what you’re getting signed.

Price gouging. Common blood pressure medication was exactly double the price of Chemist Warehouse. How can this be justified? Service was good and professional at both.

Staff are very friendly and the chemist's are truly helpful. Cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy.

The pharmacist who was there mid December was clueless. Didn't know how to wear a mask properly and sounded like he hadn't heard any covid updates in months... Omicron had arrived and covid cases had just risen past previous highs and were continuing to rise and there were cases in Ballarat, and this fool told me it's fine to delay my covid booster shot because we were at very low risk in Australia. New cases rapidly rising, 6.5 months post my second shot at the time and he was saying the risk was low. Wow! I told him he has no clue what he's talking about and that his mask was falling off his nose and walked out.

I'm travelling TWP would not order to fill my script without full payment. I offered $50 deposit for order it takes a few days to deliver. The pharmacist refused it's not policy! Wouldn't rate it below any service.
