Hannah Murray has recently taken over as the property manager for the house we are renting. I’ve been thoroughly impressed with Hannah, I’ve never had such a prompt & thorough property manager. Hannah is a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and extremely efficient. Thanks for all your hard work!

Just over 12 months ago I appointed Stephanie Gadenne of MJ&Co to manage an investment property. Initially, I was unsure about using a property manager as my partner and I already successfully self manage other properties. However, after a year of professional management the benefits are clear. From the initial rental negotiation to organising maintenance issues, there is a very real benefit in having that separation from the tenant. Stephanie has been able to act in my best interests, whilst also respecting the rights of the tenant. This is a balancing act that is not always achieved by PMs. She has also been able to get repairs done for a better price than I would have managed - it would seem that tradies look after their PMs. Frankly, it's a relief to have the confidence now to step back and allow Stephanie to handle anything that comes up.

Purchased a home through George Turvey - though my funds are paying his commission, he was only geared towards closing the deal for the seller. I found issues in the house, and without fail he continued to suggest they were minor issues. Due to my inexperience, I was tricked into purchasing a home with expensive plumbing issues (running taps etc) that he misrepresented which I should have and could have requested the seller pay for. After the sale, his communications dropped significantly, so much as to ignore my requests for necessary things like missing keys, an unstable garage door etc. Greedy and immoral.

From my experience I would not recommend having your investment property looked after by this company, especially if you are given Stephanie as your property manager.She takes on average 3 weeks to respond to emails...that's if she even does and in a final bond inspection considers the house to be 'clean and tidy' as she proceeds to take photos of dead cocroaches in cupboards, spiders in cupboards and a mixture of dust and dog hair clumped into corners. The house was not given to the tenant in this way.Many excuses from the company were made for her that ranged from admitting they have had discussions about her work standard slipping to although she looked after my property for 7 months she moved office in that time and I should have given more of a chance to prove herself.4 months of management fees were credited back to me for my experience.Choose a smaller company that will care is my advice.

Property Manager Jack Otto is a GOAT, super proffesional and always responds in a timely maner, really good overall service from the company!

this has been the single most traumatizing and abusive experience of my life. I wanted to rent out my house ,an agent came to my house, I told her many times I want to rent out the house as is I am a single mum and I don't have any money to spend on the house and she said yes no problem, but as it was Christmas time and they weren't a lot of agents around and I was in a hurry to rent the house, I gave the house to her to rent. to my dismay as soon as i signed the contract with them, she said I won't be your agent someone else who I hadn't met would be the agent. the nightmare began when they gave me a new agent, they went through the house and I had to spend thousands fixing things which didn't need fixing because she just kept emailing me lists of thing. I have never received full payment and they never seem to email on time. they are so rude and disrespectful on the phone as well. A NIGHTMARE and it keeps going..........oh and i would give no stars if the website would let me

Hannah has been a superb property manager. She is extremely diligent, always going above and beyond to sort things out in a timely manner. She’s also just super friendly and positive.. who could ask for more?! Thanks Hannah for your support this past year and I wish you all the very best for the year ahead.

Aneta and Ben have been fantastic during my property purchase. They went over and above what you’d expect of real estate agents duties. Always helpful and available, promptly returning my calls and answering my many questions, Highly recommend them.

Hannah Murray is a fantastic property manager and an absolute gem to deal with. She is very approachable and friendly and I am so appreciative of the way she communicates and provides feedback to me. Her attention to detail is second to none.

I have purchased a property through this company, the agent name was Pheobe Liang.From the very first day of our contract and till end of settlement date she was rude, arrogant and disrespectful. I have never meet any real estate agent this rude and disrespectful, her and the seller have sold the property with non compliant electrical which wasn’t safe at all but they have said and provide fake certificate of checking the electrical. When my tenants moved in the agent who put my house on rent asked the electrician to check up before move the tenant in, the electrical wasn’t safe and they haven’t fixed, Phoebe and the seller weren’t responding to my email or my texts as soon as I mentioned the issue. To whom want purchase a property from this company and Phoebe Lian plz plz be very careful so she’ doesn’t rip yo all off.Definitely not recommend her and her work
