Staff are very friendly, but everything is super expensive, medications we usually get at Amcal or Chemist Warehouse cost us around $35, whereas here it was $58! Hubby and I nearly fell over at the price.

Watch their price, very expensive compared to some other chemists and chemist warehouse. I normally get my prescriptions for $11.50, they have been charging me $17.60. Today I tried to tell them and asked for price match, customer service was very rude, unprofessional, I had to ask for my prescription back.

Shamefully shocking prices! Payed double price for a prescription generic kids antibiotic. On questioning they could not explain the unreasonable price. Their OTC stuff costs about 30% more than elsewhere. This was my first and last visit to Jadin Chemist.

I had a wonderful experience with Jadin Pharmacy, Morayfield. My brother with a disability was being charged a lot for his scripts, but when I checked with them they were able to explain the process and why. They then made contact with his doctor to talk about the one private script that was causing the price escalation. They sorted it out for him and he was very happy. My brother knows to talk to the pharmacist if he has any problems in the future. A big shout out to Ryan and Callum, who provided top customer service, which you don’t see too often these days unfortunately. Thank you both.

Watch out for their prices. I went to Jadin for a repeat script and was going to be charged $19 for my antibiotics. I queried the price because I’d gotten the same antibiotics 5 days earlier from another chemist for $8. They were able to bring their price down to $12, but I was so surprised that the price for the same medication can vary so much.

They don’t know what they are doing, pharmacist refused to give me a tube of ointment that my GP said it’s available over the counter, no script needed. So I went to a different pharmacy and got it without any issues. I advise everyone to go elsewhere, coz it maybe a waste of your time.

Says they're open 10am to 3pm. That is not the case. Total waste of bloody time. BOTH of their stores in the centre say that they're open today! AND there's a sign on their doors saying they are open for trade and to use entry on the other side. Ridiculous

I was there today 18th February to buy a perfume - Lady Million . The lady gave me two piece of paper to smell the perfume. I was smelling both and she said to me “just think about it “ and walk away. What is that mean??? Lady I was about to buy until your attitude and said to you “ yeah I will think about . What an attitude. I will buy it online instead. Don’t ever judge the person who walk in the store because looks can be deceiving. Please provide a customer service regardless .

Never usually go to this chemist but i was at the shopping centre so i decided to drop my prescription in. Instantly the young women at the desk was abrupt and rude, she never asked if i wanted the generic brand but that was what i ended up getting. Also i had to pay around $15 dollars more than i usually do. And when i collected my medication the other young girl there had very poor customer service skills. It was a pretty disappointing experience.
