Im a sub contractor to aliya homes and i haven't been paid for an invoice for over 50 days, on top of that, they don't answer my calls or messages, i cannot email them unless they invite me first, my money is locked in with them and they have breached the payment act of domestic building.

We purchased a home off the plan, little progress in more than 13 months, they allowed frame to sit out and rot in the weather over a long period. I understand the works failed to pass building surveyor inspections repeatedly. Construction site was always a complete mess, security fence was falling over and then removed, as was security camera, presumably because the builder did not pay to keep it there. They outright refused to answer basic questions about the status of the build. The director was associated with 'Build 4 Me' and they previously both traded under that name, the directors apparently split up in around May 2022, causing all sorts of apparent issues with responsibility for the builds, contract handovers, etc. You can see the review I've also left for build 4 me, in my view they are essentially one and the same company. The builder appears on the edge of insolvency in my opinion. Be very wary of this bunch and avoid if at all possible. Any positive reviews appear fraudulent, same as they are for build 4 me.

Previously a part of another construction company called buildforme. Stay away from these builders! They will promise you the world and then stop answering your calls. Horrible quality houses... Given up on having my defects rectified after chasing them for 3 years.
