There staff need better training in how to deal with people with mental health issues , always seem to be in meetings no , notification of appoitments , manager is never in office so dont bother making a complaint , same as the rest full of lies and just a spounge for goverment funding

You are just a number in their system and apart of a quota they need to meet. I’ve expressed serious concerns about my current employment and that my job is making me want to top myself to Wise, that was 2months ago and nothing has happened

I've been a pretty difficult chap to look after., However... this team at Ipswich have become almost like friends. I'd say friends but would hate to step over a professional line. Bobs been great... Maria is just amazing and Becky... Well...Becky, to me, is the heart and soul of that team. Her front door greet will automatically change my negative mood and I'll be smiling for the rest of the day. So helpful. Super team.
