Outlook Drive Compounding Pharmacy

I came this afternoon 27th June 2023 to get some Compound Creams made up for me for my Psoriasis I was a little confused on what creams to use on my Sclap. The Pharmacist was so rude and so intimidating I was so shocked. There was no one in the Chemists except the Assistant so it wasn’t as he was that busy at all. He gave me a Pen and just said right it down in a very RUDE manner. I should have given it to him but I was so shocked at his rudeness. I even told his Assistant how rude he was and she apologised for his manner. You have certainly lost my business you rude arragant man. I hope you get no business at all.

Rude, arrogant, unhelpful , it’s why I stopped coming in the first place, lucky today I was desperate I won’t be returning as a customer. For someone who has spent alot of money in your pharmacy to be unthoughtful I think I it’s disgusting. In it for the money definitely.As it says on he window ‘we will match ANY prescription price’ I know you don’t like hearing the truth and some of the other reviews say the same thing. Saturday there are plenty of compounding pharmacies I could of gone to but was in the area, I’ve never had any recent troubles with pharmacies being out of stock or can’t get the ingredient. Please just be more caring and thoughtful to your customers.

I have been going for over a decade now and have seen the Chemist and Staff deal with hundreds of customers. Every customer walked out satisfied as the friendly service they received cannot be bettered. They welcome you before you reach the counter if not too busy. It is a busy Chemist because of their knowledge, friendliness and the prices is guaranteed to be the best.

Great friendly service. Very quick to fill a prescription. A prescription that cost me $75 elsewhere only cost me $45! Very happy!

Very rude and arrogant pharmacist and assistant. When I just asked them to make / compound my 3yr old's skin ointment smooth as last time it was so grainy like sand and my little one kept wiping it off her face as it was almost like adult face scrub. No adult keeps the scrub on their face for whole day i believe so how come they expect my little one to stay with it. They were so unhappy. Every time we go there and pay around $100 to $150 for the ointment but when we ask politely to fix their mistake they show their ugly and true colour. After i told the problem the woman in the counter just raised her voice and tried to show that she didn't get me and i had to explain in few different ways but after that both of them gave their annoying rude looks and didn't have any curtsey to even respond me. Instead they greeted the man behind me as i wasn't existing there. Learn some customer service people. Be humble to accept your own shortcomings and mistakes. After all you are not doing anything for free.I’m writing again to tell you that I still have unused ointment and I can show u, I'm not talking with out proof. How irresponsible u are to make a such a comment without any proper investigation about the incident. It shows how low u are. Remember you are doing a sacred job. Selling medications for people. It’s not rotten fish, spoilt take away or unfitting clothes. And still u will go n get a refund or exchange from the shops. We paid over $100 of our hard earn money for the ointment, yet I used it for my child. The only mistake we did was didn’t bring it back to u to show how lazy and cheap your work is and not demanding for a replacement. But still I used it, even though my little one kept wiping it off. We were gracious enough to leave the problem without making a fuss and DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY I ASKED WHO EVER EXISTED IN THE PHARMACY TO MAKE THE OINTMENT CORRECTLY THAT’S IT. THAT IS ALL I ASKED OKAY. IS IT WRONG. It is my child’ s medication. U TELL ME WILL YOU USE A SAND MIXTURE LIKE THAT ON your own CHILD’S delicate skin. Or will you just eat spoilt food from a restaurant then pay $20 n keep quite n go back home. See the hypocrisy. I don’t have time to trolling around with a cheap person like U. The reason I made that review because THE WAY THE CREATURES who were in the pharmacy ANSWERED ME AND THE REACTION I GOT FROM THEM. See who’s being the ugly troll now. Face it graciously. Behave like a reasonable human being. As you have mentioned I don’t have time to make up “NICE STORIES “. Of course it may be nice for you. Because you made the comment even without a proper investigation. If you don’t have any bloody records ask your staff. Without LYING PUBLICLY to cover up the mistakes. Train your staff how to talk to people and react GRACIOUSLY with a pleasant face when they do a mistake . Remember that is the main reason why I made the review. I JUST ASKED THEM TO MAKE IT SMOOTH UNLIKE LAST TIME. And they showed me their true colour. THAT’S ALL.Ointment shouldn't be a face scrub for a person let alone for a 3 yr old.
