I was a little bit worried about my condition and it was my first time to have my ears micro-suction cleaned. But it ended up with a very good experience. The process takes a shorter time than expected and the audiologist is very gentle and professional.

Bec was just so amazing and professional. She removed my ear wax in just 20 minutes. I was so uncomfortable at first because i’ve never had ear wax removed before but she made me felt comfortable and did it so professionaly. I’d definitely recommend crystal clear. Thankyou!

The nurse was very gentle and kind, she was able to calm down a very naughty child, the child was very comfortable and a large piece of ear wax was removed.

Narelle was excellent with my 5 year old who was quite anxious about the treatment. She was very patient and explained the procedure thoroughly to my daughter and answered every question my daughter had!Procedure itself was very pleasant and gentle and quick.If only this procedure can be covered/reduced by private health or Medicare then it would be perfect.

Went with my 18 month old who had a bad case of ears blocked due to a build up of ear wax. The nurse was extremely kind and patient. It took a while to get the wax out and my child didn’t cry at all. I was surprised about how much wax came out of such small ears and now she is all cleared up. Highly recommend.

Attended crystal clear ears with very badly blocked ears and was amazed by the professionalism and the process shown to me by Mary the nurse who attended to me. Never before have I been to any clinic that has treated me this well...... So so genital with my ears, amazing care was taken & I felt so relaxed.I had really blocked ears and I followed there directions with there ear drops. I had my ear cleaned by them and when I walked home, I could hear the wind in the trees, birds singing, cars, people talking on the other side of the road and my feet tapping the footpath.Things we take for granted.Thanks Crystal Clear Ears

I was a little nervous about getting my ears cleaned for the first time, but it ended up being much quicker than I had anticipated.Rebecca was lovely and knowledgeable, explaining how everything was going to work, how the ear canal and ear wax works and why I should avoid using cotton buds, in addition to the various sensations and sounds I was going to experience before she began the procedure. At all times she made sure I was comfortable and was very gentle in her approach.One particular ear was problematic in the location and consistency of the wax, but Rebecca knew exactly what to do and went slowly and gently in that delicate area and the whole thing was painless and only mildly uncomfortable. My hearing was restored. She gave excellent aftercare advice, explaining which active ingredient to look out for in a product and why another product should be avoided.I will recommend this practice to all family and friends with ear wax issues, and if I ever have similar problems I will first return to the lovely nurses at Crystal Clear Ears.
