Honestly, I was a bit scared after reading all the bad reviews about UPS in Sydney because an American retailer used UPS to ship my items. However, the delivery arrived on the estimated date after sitting in the Botany depot for a few days. A photo was taken as Proof of Delivery. Can't fault them.

My friend recently worked for this company for five weeks and got sick and had to go to hospital for 3 weeks. He did not have a job to go back to and was not paid a cent for his 5 weeks hard work. Disgraceful.

Absolute rubbish paid extra to have an item delivered on time. Never showed up driver made a delivery attempts. I was home all day never rang the doorbell nothing still waiting on my item. Never will use this service again. Will not order off Amazon if they continue to use this service.

This is the worst company ever ever ever we used!! We paid the premium but no service at all!!!! We booked on wed for delivery however in the end changed the delivery day to Thursday without any explanation! Then I rang them to change on Friday for delivery, but guess what, I wait at home for whole day not heard ring from the delivery guy! Can any of the management team contact me and I need my delivery fee refund!!!!

My grandmother sent me a package from the US for Christmas. She paid extra for it to be here before hand and the delivery was supposed to be for the 19th Dec, the package never came. It then got pushed until after Christmas for 28/12. I was home all morning on 28/12, I checked the tracking and it said it was attempted to be delivered at 9am- no one buzzed and they left no note in the mail box or on the door. Same thing happened on 29/12 and again today 30/12. I have been home and again no buzz no note. They said I would not be able to collect it until 3/1. Really bad service and I feel like my 80 year old grandmother had been scammed after paying extra for it to get here before Christmas. UPS is a much better company in the US but I would not recommend using them in Australia.

Worst courier ever!No text, no email, no call to let me know that they were delivering my package.I could see through the tracking no. that it has been delivered 10 days ago. I called them and they've told me they're adding a note to delivery it again and to call me in max 2 days. After 3 days I called again and I've been told it was at BP in my suburb and that they cannot delivery, I have to pick it up.

UPS sent me multiple emails about how my shipping address was insufficient. I have used my address for years for other purchases from other companies and it has never been a problem. I went on their website, created an account but could not change the shipping address. I kept getting automated emails everyday from UPS that I cannot reply to. There was no customer service phone number to contact to solve the problem. When I contacted the home company I bought the product from, they confirmed UPS sent the package back to them because they couldn’t deliver it. They made no attempt to solve the issue like reaching out to me, calling my mobile or emailing me with an email that I can actually reply to. In addition, the shipping was ridiculously expensive for the item I bought. I highly recommend not purchasing any items from companies that use UPS as a delivery service. Very disappointing.

Absolutely disgusting company.Security footage shows that the driver did not even get out of his vehicle, yet he claimed to deliver the package.Several weeks later, after we lodged a complaint, he returned to our property to take a much delayed proof of delivery" photo of our letterbox

Worst courier service. Package was meant to be delivered days ago however there were 'UPS' delays. Phoned customer service, was told that all 3 boxes would be delivered today however only 1 was delivered. Then phoned and was told that i could collect as package was urgent. Went to collect the package and Aphro told me that she couldn't go and locate our boxes as there were thousands and that i needed to wait till tomorrow for delivery. Didn't care that the packages were urgent and didn't care that they are now 4 days delayed and past their original scheduled delivery date.Never use UPS as their staff just don't care. People should really start boycotting these large freight organisations and start using the small courier's as they care.
