I had a filling fixed and a wisdom tooth removed in one sitting with Dr Anuhbhav Verma. I was concerned about pain and swelling with the extraction, but I felt nothing during the procedure or in the days following. As for the filling, he blended it in so well I can't even tell it apart from the original tooth!
