I engaged Tess to help find furniture for a new rental property. I had just moved to Sydney from Singapore and had no time to do the necessary research myself. I wanted good quality furniture within a fairly strict Budget and Tess delivered exactly what i wanted. She invested lots of time working with me to figure out what kind of style i wanted, and came back with an initial set of options that would work with my existing furniture. We then refined these together. Tess was professional and friendly and kept to the Budget. I’m thrilled with the end results and would definitely recommend her services.

Tess was fantastic to work with and made our renovation (4 bedroom house, plus 2 bathrooms and laundry) as smooth as could be hoped for. Very detailed approach and very approachable/personable.

My husband and I hired TM Design Studio to help with the renovation of my semi detached two bedroom/one bathroom home. TM Design Studio helped to transfer our dated semi into a bright, fresh and modern three bedroom family home. The renovation included a third bedroom, new bathroom, kitchen, open plan living/dining rear extension, loft storage, joinery and interior styling. TM Design Studio covered all aspects of the renovations from concept design stage, Council DA approval, construction and the final sign off with the building certifier. Tess was reliable, professional and delivered a beautiful finished product. We could not have been happier with the end result. I would recommend TM Design Studio and happily use them again.

We used Tess for the interior design of our renovation project including interior layout, joinery design, lighting, and fitting and fixtures selections; across bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen and bathroom. She has a fantastic design eye, is able to translate your ideas into something special and is practical and pragmatic about balancing cost with impact. And she is an absolute delight to work with!
