The Big Orange
We have frequented the Big Orange for quite a few years. More often than not the quality and range of the produce is great. Occassionally though it can be a little ordinary, and pricing can be the same if not dearer than the supermarkets. Overall, definitely worth a visit. NOTE: Please take care when entering or crossing the highway at this location!

The Big Orange
After passing The Big Orange many times to and from Toowoomba, we finally had the chance to stop in. They always have cheaply advertised fruit and vegetables which make us say wow. However, upon stopping in recently, we weren't that impressed.They had some buckets of cheap fruit, but for the most part, this place was just as expensive as shopping at Coles or Woolworths for most things. It didn't make the death-defying turn across the highway seem worth it.Some things are great. But, Aldi seem to beat them on price on a few things. The advantage is they have a lot to choose from here.

Just happened to notice this on my way to Toowoomba. Stopped by here to check it out. Located on the highway, easily accessible. Plenty of parking outside the store.Very spacious, inside and out.Good quality produce, and prices are quite reasonable as well.Need to be careful while selecting the fruits, as some of them can be a bit over ripe and will have a short shelf life. Staff is very helpful, and can answer your queries.If you forgot to bring a shopping bag, they'll happily put your purchase in a cardboard box for you to take it.If you live in this area, or passing by, it's a must visit

I stopped here while driving to Toowoomba and snacked on sweet bananas, mini apples, and cucumbers. They were all delicious and a healthy treat. Instead of fast food, go all out on fruit!

The Big Orange has become our weekly go to for fresh fruit and vegies. quality has usually been good and the staff are friendly with produce often costing a fraction of what you would expect to pay at a supermarket. Parking is so convienient for a stop in on the way home from work when you get that call to pick something up.

Always has fresh fruit and vegetables at most reasonable prices. A must to visit for the canny shopper. Staff are always cheerful .
