Best Movements was recommended to me and they didn't disappoint! The team was fast and efficient, and went the extra mile with some deliveries we needed help with on the day, would definitely recommend to anyone!

Jerry and his team are fantastic! They are extremely careful with our items and always ensure there is no damage to either property. They work very hard to get our heavy items into difficult spaces. Always on time, super friendly to communicate with, TOTALLY recommend.

Karan was prompt and efficient with his service delivery. All our goods were delivered on time and without any damages.

Jerry and his team helped us move house from Melbourne to regional Victoria and booked two trucks which was more than enough for our needs and still came out as the most competitively priced. He was upfront about the time and the cost and on the day of the move took great care with loading our stuff. The team was efficient, polite and loaded everything as efficiently as possible.Given the distance there were a few minor issues but the key thing was that Jerry listened and resolved our concerns to our satisfaction. It is rare to see in this day and age and the customer service we received was certainly very appreciated. All I can say is that they look after their clients. Kudos to this team.

Used Best movements back in February and they were fantastic. Prompt, efficient and very careful with all our furniture. They also helped my mother move last month and she also had a fantastic experience. Both men were trusting and respectful.

They were nice people but I can't say I am happy with their service. I booked this after reading the reviews but I don't think those reviews are real. They were late by 45mins and communicated the delay to me at 10 am when they were supposed to be here. It took them two hours to just load less than one bedroom stuff(No big furnitures at all). I found out later that another guy who came wasn't a professional mover but a friend from another business as the professional mover was on leave. It would have been nicer if they told me this in the beginning rather than letting me find out later. Due to this, I spent more than I should have. I wouldn't recommend using their service from this experience.Update: Please do not lie because I have mentioned to you on the very first call that there are two flights of stairs at each property. You quoted me a price of $120 INCLUDING EVERYTHING. I have text messages as a proof. I have given you both addresses and I thought it’s a common sense you would check before you quote the price to me. I am not stupid enough to lie to the movers when I know they will charge me either way when they arrive to the properties. Just an advice for your business, pls don’t blame your customers for your faults.

Thank you so much to the team for helping us move house at short notice, with great care for all the furniture and the rental property. I had a study desk that we thought would be impossible to move up a difficult staircase, but the team did it quickly and skilfully with zero damage. They also helped reconnect the washing machine. Very happy and impressed with the work!!
