Engaged them for a property purchase conveyancing matter. Few points that I like about them:1) they have attention to details and would actually read contracts and take time to point out and explain a lot of risks/issues that they found and give me written advice so I can refer to if needed (whereas others may only give you 1 or 2 sentences about a contract or copy paste the content of contract without being specific about risks and issues and what can be done to mitigate);2) they would actually strive for the best possible outcome for their customers and stand up for them; and,3) they are honest, transparent and won't overcharge and pricing is fair.Appreciate their help from time of reading different contracts concurrently to settlement !
