I gave them my 1986 gpz 900r they said they could do the job after having it for about 2weeks so they had plenty of time to go over it. They quoted me $6800 to get it back on the road. They had my bike for 12 months they scratched it that much they had to paint it and wanted to charge me for it now it’s 2 different shades of blue. didn’t do what they said they would do. I had to take it somewhere else to fix up what they broke eg. The gauges all worked before they got but didn’t when I pick it up, they fitted new tyres the front one come with a leak the accelerator cable was broken front fork leaking l couldn’t even get a road worthy even after spending $7000 with them. The list just doesn’t stop I wouldn’t let them service my lawnmower. Don’t go there just don’t. Even the owner knew it wasn’t right but still took my money. I could go all day. And I still now have to paint it. It’s going to cost me more than ever to fix it now. I don’t know how he can live with him self. All I can see are new brake discs and pads, air cleaner tyres and clean carbs that’s it. Didn’t even clean it. Got to stop now getting cranky er

Be very cautious if your thinking of buying Borrani rims off this company. I purchased a pair of rims from them and when they did finally arrive they came in a plain cardboard box with the rims inside a plain foam bag without any Borrani logo on the box or liner bag and both rims were unstamped. It's well known Ruote Borrani stamps their name onto EVERY SINGLE one of their rims that comes out of the factory in Italy and they are then packaged & delivered in a Borrani logo'd bag and cardboard box. After questioning this lack of Borrani rim stamping to Graeme Studdert the apparent owner of this business, he stated that he didn't think that I would want the Borrani stamping on my rims. What the!Reality is, he sent me what I assume was Chinese rims but believe me I certainly paid Borrani prices. After much discussion and the mention of legal representation he agreed to provide a refund. I returned the rims which arrived back to him after four days after being sent and again I had to threaten him with legal action before I would finally get my refund. So, Borrani rim buyers be very cautious and just buy elsewhere as it's much cheaper.

I have been taking motorcycles to Graeme for years. He always has my bikes singing and his staff are very helpful. I dont understand the negative reviews, as I know a lot of people who use his services and they are very happy and won’t be going anywhere else. I personally have never had a problem. He always checks with me if he finds something else before he does the work. I have had services, engine repairs etc all with excellent results. Highly recommended

I bought a prepainted tank for my Honda GB400tt and had my sidecovers painted & decaled to match.I am very happy with the price, service and the level of expertise offered by Graeme & his team. Knowing what you want or need helps them achieve their unique standard. Very much recommended.

I was quoted Au$5,000. I gave him $8,000 up front to leave a little flexibility in case of unforeseen eventualities.....The bike was delivered to him in November of 2018, with a quoted turn round time of six to eight weeks. In January of 2019 I informed Mr. Studdert that I would be back in Australia that March, and I would collect the bike then.I went to collect the bike. Not only was it not finished, he hadn't even started it apart from taking the tank off. He offered some pathetic excuse about having lost staff etc etc, but the reality was that because I was in the UK he didn't bother doing it, despite having $8k of my money..In August of 2019 he sent me an Email to tell me that it was complete, with some photos. Not only was it not complete (the speedo cable routing was wrong, he'd lost a cable support stanchion, and he hadn't replaced the grips despite me supplying them), he had the temerity to demand more money from me! The only thing extra that needed to be done that wasn't included in the original $5k quote was a replacement exhaust collector, that I supplied anyway! That was $3k worth of work?I supplied two brand new side panels that just needed to be painted to replace the two existing broken ones. These were painted to a very high standard. He also charged me $300 each for repairs to the existing ones that I didn't require to be done - that's why I supplied new ones ffs!So to recap, he charged me over $3k more than his quote, took nearly a year to complete the job and told me it was ready when it wasn't, and I had to constantly chase him to get him to do the job, despite having paid him up front.I supplied all the parts for it. All he did, basically, was paint it.I shudder to think what the bill would have been if he'd had to source them.On the upside, the bike looks like new in the photos. It's being shipped to the UK, and when it arrives I'll inspect it close up and amend this review if appropriate.Update:Despite supplying new side panels, grommets and screws, the right hand side panel (which was installed properly when he got the bike) was held on by a 10mm bolt, not the correct screw. The thread for the screw is destroyed. I had to rectify this. The speedo cable routing wasn't corrected - it couldn't be - he lost the guide bracket. The seat latch release cable was misrouted. The cooling system was leaking, and hadn't been filled correctly. The clutch didn't work because there was no fluid in it (yet, apparently it had been road tested).Three cable clamps were left off the starter cable and sent back in a box with the bike, leaving the starter cable dangling dangerously close to the exhaust collectorThe fork caps had been swapped so that the rebound selector and air valve were interposed. The TRAC selector knob I supplied wasn't fitted. Many of the parts returned weren't mine, some weren't even for the same bike. So, Au$8000+ later, I've got a bike with a beautiful paint job that needs additional work to rectify what he fu**ed up.To say that I'm unimpressed is an understatement. Nearly a year to do it, more that $3000 more than the quote, having to persistently harangue him to get the work done and having two wasted trips to Oz to collect it after the promised completion date.Do yourselves a favour and just get your paint job done there - that work is absolutely beyond reproach and I can't praise the quality of it highly enough. For anything else, or if you expect it to be done within the time scale quoted, take the rest of your bike somewhere else.

The owner was very rude, didn’t have a signal Nice thing to say, was not helpful with the process of repairing my bike one bit. The first time I got my bike back was still damaged and plastics weren’t evan lined up or clipped in properly, when I went to get it the second time still poorly done and was left with a bike with stickers pealing off and new scratches. Whiles I was there picking it up he just continued to say negative things to try and Insult me and antagonise me to say something back to him however I kept my cool as I just couldn’t be bothered arguing. I deffentally do not recommend this company
