Outstanding customer service, professional and knowledgeable. I had my return done by Mr Joshi and he fully explained what can be claimed and provided me with excellent return and financial advice. I had provided the documentation requested earlier and the whole process was streamlined and efficient.

Going through these people for tax was very simple. They made feel welcome as soon as I walked in the building. I had an appointment with Harsh, and he went through everything step by step and he is a very delightful person to have a normal conversation with. I will keep going with Tax-Aid.

Beware thieves, do not use these scammers, they want money up front then not do what was agreed. Refuses to give money back, I went to cops they said a civil matter. Rotten people hope they choke on my $500

Hmmm, wont say they are un professional but different, taking calls in a consultation, speaking with colleagues in front of you in another language so you don't understand what's been said. Consult in an open office so you hear other peoples private detailsI'm a long time customer, from when Albert owned the business but time to move on.This is my pseudonym so no you wont have a customer with this name.

Charged me double didn’t return the money and also waited 2 hours so my basic tax return ended up $540 and 2 hours of my time I won’t be back!!
