I have been seeing Tuo Tao for the past 6 months and have lost 14kilos. It wasn't so much a diet, but more of a life style habit. It was easy to follow and he gave a lot of food options. I have been referred by my GP to see a dietitian, Tuo TAO, in relation to my health condition. I found him to be very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate that he helped me to develop customised nutritional plans and to promote healthier eating habits. Very good dietitian, highly recommended! Helping my mum losing weight and ideally control her blood sugar level, the more important thing I want to mention is all the meal plan are based on my mum’s eating habits, that’s make the journey much easier.
