Breadtop Springvale

Very disappointed about my ham and cheese loaf.I purchased the ham n cheese loaf, but inside is all white bread, no ham or cheese, very disappointed.I can't believe that i spend 6.7$ for a BLAND WHITE BREAD LOAF, OMGGGGNeva buy it again :((((((((

Just bought some mochi bread here, can tell that they are fresh made everyday. Very nice service, good point here. :)))))))))))))))))))))

Must be the new owner!No bag! No candles! No paper plate! No manners! Cashier girl was rude ！I'm buying 8 b'day cakes every year, but I decided that not going back again!

Ease of ordering and pickup, cake tasted fresh (ordered the durian gateau for nephew's birthday) was everything that you would want and expect it to be. Price is reasonable considering competitors as a benchmark. Breadtop rarely fails on freshness and taste of the products. Only criticism is that the staff could be more courteous towards customers.

Customer service is rude and impolite. Was at the shop on Wed 10/5/23. The girl at counter gave me a rude stare when I declined to pay for a bag. Obviously her mother fails to educate her on her manners. Never buy from this shop again.

I bought them on 5 June, 2023, in the morning. I‘m very disappointed in your staff. She is very rude, she didn't even look up and say thank you. I didn’t get them for free, I bought them. Don’t treat your customer like that.

I’ve been to the Springvale store twice, first and last time…less than 2hrs ago today -Wed 31/05/2023The tall thing behind counter with an over indulgence of face make up-what a snooty piece of work she is as a customer representativeHow was I or anyone to know the precious tongs used to choose your food with are to be cleaned after use ?No signage explaining this must do task…And all writing on signage throughout the shop is in mandarin…I must sort out that Tafe language course…Lift your game bread top & remove the Arsehead staff person at front & replace with someone who actually wants to work there & service customers with a smile & not a sullen frumpy attitude stare….Maybe ease back on on the stupid amounts of sugar all your products are chock loaded with also - not forgetting the prices here were just WOW expensive.Bread Flop

As I go to pay I realise I am 10 cents short, I ask if that will be OK but they denied. And to top it off there bread was hard, food cold and soggy. Do not recommend

very disappointed with staffs attitude. They kept looking at the phone and didn’t care customers even customers waving to them. staff was checking the bill, laying all breads all over the counter and looking at phone at the same time. worst service ever
