I unloaded all my bottles and was about to start when a service required" notice appeared leaving me worried I would have to load everything back into my car.A quick phone call to customer service and I was able to get the machine back online remotely even at 9pm. I was pleased with only a small inconvenience of having to wait 10 minutes for them to reset it on their end."

Only accepts well known bottles or cans, e.g. if you submit a bottle from a lesser known winery or brewery, it will be declined.The machine is so slow it won’t accept two cans loaded right next to each other, it’ll stop and ask you to remove the 2nd can; then wait and load it in the hole a 2nd time.Parking is very close by and there’s an Anaconda within the Home Co shopping Centre too. The rubbish bin for rejected bottles or cans is always full.
