Incredibly expensive. Four times the price over other blind companies. Poor customer service with extremely slow response and the man that came out to measure and quote had no working knowledge to answer many of our questions. We had yo get him out twice and he still incorrectly understood what we asked for. We cannot comment on the quality as didn’t order through them as we received amazing services and awesome quality blinds elsewhere. We appreciate that lux will claim they have better quality but I cannot imagine the quality is four times others to justify the price.

Hi James & Deborah,Thank you for our amazing blinds. We got shutters and duel roller blinds in our newly built home. You have lifted our home to a beautiful standard.Deborah you did so well helping my wife pick the colours for our roller blinds. They match our colour scheme.Thank you James for always working around us when it came to measuring the windows. The house was getting built and we had to change our appointment several times.Your fitter Rob was a very professional and out going gentleman. He was on time for the installation and cleaned up everything.Overall we are very happy with the service we received.Trent & Sam.

We have been very disappointed in their service. The Blind when installed ripped after 4 months then fell down a couple of days later. Fortunately my wife had moved the cot which had been directly placed beneath the Blind. If we had left it there with the baby in the cot the baby could have been injured or even worse. The service people were slow in getting back to us to give us a date to fix the blind. The date of the first email complaint was februay 23rd. While their reason for such a slow response to our requests was because of the five day Covid lockdown which of course was on the february the first. On the third time of us trying to get a date for fixing the blind, we rang up to complain. The lady receptionist said she would ring back, we waited for over an hour but she didn't. We then rang again. In recounting our complaint she kept on talking over us and not listening. We rang off in the end without getting to the real concern which was and is that this was a safety issue for us and perhaps others. To be honest it was replaced quite quickly once we got a date and this time they put a stop mechanism to prevent it ripping and falling down. However they rang us later and accused us of abuse which of course was far from it. My wife used the word bloody in her explanation of how tiring it was having to recount her story every time she rang up to ask for them to replace the blind. The company have used this to bolster a claim that she abused them which she did not. It is again frustrating that there is all this focus on the word 'bloody without any consideration that we could all have been attending a hospital or even an inquest. We just wanted to get across our concern about having to wait for the servicing date and of most importance the safety issue. Even now they don't get it. Very frustrating and a safety issue!!"
