I regularly fill vehicle here and started using the Car Wash facility now and it is great. Fast, safe and does really good job all round. Staff are very helpful and always have no or little wait time. thank you guys

I have got a discount offer of 12c/l as a health care worker in MyToyota app. When I went to the station the manager told me to show QR code without listening that its not usual MyToyota 4 c offer and they said the machine is not scanning without give it a proper go. Later I tried to show her again after going through the instructions again which is a waste of time. So this time she managed to did it as tried it properly. Manager needs to listen to customer and needs customer service training badly.

I come here every now and then, if I am in the area. It has reasonable prices, and is not too far out of my way.They also have pay-at-pump options if you're prepaying.Never had a problem here.The staff aren't the friendliest people, but they aren't rude. I will definitely be back when in need of fuel and in the area.

Went in this afternoon 24th January to get a drink and a snack.Some crisps were all" placed in a spot where there all marked at $3.00 but apparently they weren't placed correctly and should be $3.80In my experience it's placed wrongly or misleading then the consumer benefits the lower price this guy working there no customer service skills what so ever and couldn't careless I walked out on principal and won't return there ever ."

The 2 ladies i spoke with this morning made my day today. Their kindness & understanding when i needed it was fabulous. The gents who work the nights are great too. Thank you Caltex for employing excellent staff that make you look wonderful. Many Thanks.

If your discount code not working just noticed the customer before fuelling. I have 12 cents discount in my Uber app but due to your system issues I lost my few bugs.

I've been using MyToyota app to get the 4 cent reward + scan my woolies rewards to collect the point every time. Never had any issue, was actually told by one of the staff there to scan both reward codes a while ago! But today I was told by a staff member he's not accepting my woolies rewards as I already got the discount from MyToyota. When I asked for the reason and stated I always get both scans at the same time. But the guy said this is a new rule that will no longer alow me to get the woolies points. I will never come back to this one anymore. Just checked both MyToyota and woolies rewards terms and condition, there is no such RULE! And the idea to using the woolies rewards is only for getting woolies points, not for further discount! Anyway, will never return to this shop anymore. I can always get BOTH discount and my woolies points just cross the street at the Woolies Caltex, and their fuels are always cheaper!!

After calling and speaking to the manager about another manager who was potentially stealing from the shop. I was disgusted to receive mags saying both manager had spent the night laughing at me via SMS.I thought the manager of this store understood my issue and to be told by the dodgy manager at another stole they were laughing at me because he was sending me abusing and nasty msgs.I cannot believe they allow people to fill up for free and then abuse the sister of the person for

I paid with one card first and they claimed my purchase didn’t go through, even thou stated on my bank app that it went through. The customer behind me saw that my payment had went through but I was still made to pay twice with the information that the money will be returned to the first card after 3 days. It’s been 3 weeks and my money still hasn’t been paid back.
