Dave is an outstanding dog trainer. Highly knowledgable. I just finished his 4 week puppy school where I learned lots and had fun along the way. I would highly recommend using Dave for any dog training needs. His home boarding facilities look fabulous as well and we will be using them with our two dogs if we ever get a chance to travel again.

Young couple with a 4 month old Toy Cavoodle. Lovely pup but struggling with a number of issues. Dave came to our home for a training session and it was well worth it. Dave is not only a polite friendly bloke but also very knowledgeable and confident in his own abilities. From the get go we saw instant changes in our pup. Dave did not rush the session, he took his time explaining why the pup does what he does and how to resolve the issue. Gave us plenty of time to write notes and would only continue once we were ready. We were thrilled with the outcomes and looking forward to putting Dave’s techniques into practise. As is usually the case with rescuing bubs from the pound, you never fully know what you’re welcoming home. Each dog is so different. We knew our 4-5 yr old girl Jess needed brushing up on basics. We also discovered from day one when taking her to the vet that she was dog reactive & pulled me on the lead. Our Vet recommended Dog Crew. Laura was great, firstly pulling all the info from me re Jess. We then started with basics and worked our way to the correct practice of learning to walk on the lead & correct process to leave the house. Finally the part I was dreading..leaving the house. Would there be other dogs? It took some time for me to remember the commands without repeating or using the wrong command so that I had her full attention on me (if I don’t get it right, what hope does Jess). However Laura was ever so enthusiastic & patient with me. We now have daily practice to follow & I know Jess is enjoying the interaction & improving! I highly recommend Dave & his team for training and helping you get it right for your dog!

We had Dave come over to assist us with our anxious, naughty Amstaff. Dave was amazing. Dave has provided us with valuable training help and after only one session we can see an improvement in Hanks behaviour. Would highly recommend Dave from Dog Crew.

Dave is an absolute professional whose experience and knowledge of dogs was evident from the moment I spoke to him. Dave and his team cared for our two furbabies, Ruckus & Lola. Whilst I have never felt comfortable leaving them with anyone (and haven't until now), that changed as soon as I met Dave. Dave treated and cared for them as if they were his own and provided us with comfort and peace of mind by sending us regular updates, videos & pics. We returned to two very happy and exhausted (from all the fun) dogs who had their own 5 star vacation. I highly recommend Dave & his team. Some time ago Dave trained us to look after Harvey who was already a 5 year old large, anxious and loud labradoodle when he came to live with us. With Dave’s guidance Harvey integrated into our home and family with other pets beautifully. After a trying start we’ve had many happy years now with Harvey, Thank you Dave!

Approached Dave after struggling to train our fox terrier pup. He was very helpful, communicated what we needed to improve and explained our dogs behaviour also.We did the 5 day training program in April, and did day care fortnightly since then. We noticed a change in his behaviour even after the first consult at our house with Dave.Now we have a completely changed and obedient dog. Cannot thank Dave enough for the effort and time he spent helping Yoda aswell as us understanding his acting up better.Definitely recommend *****

Where do I start…. I am truly glad I found this company. No words can express my gratitude to Dave and his team at Dog Crew.I was finding it really hard to control his barking, his social skills with other dogs, separation anxiety and more.Dave - Owner and head trainer at Dog Crew was fantastic, he was able to work out exactly what the problem was and took the time to explain to me why my dog was so reactive. We booked our cavoodle for the 21 day training program.Before booking the 21 day training program, Dave provided me a complete training strategy and what his 21 day training program entailed. Dave was extremely thorough and I appreciated this.During the 21 day training program, Dave kept me informed about Rocky’s progress and sent across some videos and photos.I could truly see the progress he was making, how happy Rocky was and the gentle techniques Dave used to correct and train our cavoodle.Once the training was complete, Dave sat down with us and went through a number of items with us.He also took us through and demonstrated the training used and we also participated in the training so we can continue to be consistent.Overall, Dog Crew provided a safe and comfortable learning environment (kennel free) for our dog, he was happy during the training program and boarding.There was an immediate change -I now have a more calmer and relaxed dog, he is pleasant to be around and I am sure my neighbours are grateful for the less barking.Thank you to Dave and his team for providing an outstanding service that is highly recommended.

Money well spent. Dave is very knowledgeable and helped with barking, walks, jumping on people and anxiety.I was able to walk my dog last night with minimal hiccups which is a major improvement, usually I literally just walk down the street and have to walk back home because the barking and pulling was just too intense and embarrassing. But last night my dog got his 45mins walk.I was worried that my dog was going to become a robot with no personality but he's the same old dog with better habits.
