Extremely͏ HappyMajd proved he knows the local market very well and achieved and excellent sale price in a very short period. His sales strategy proved ideal for our situation. His communication with us was excellent and he made sure he understood our situation and then he carefully explained every step. He provided timely and accurate advice but always made sure we were in control of the sale and nothing was happening we were not happy with.

Professional,͏ transparent & good communication.We are very happy with Majd and the team at The Professionals, Ermington. They took on our property after it had been lingering for a couple of months on the market. It was during a very volatile time in the market, where increasing interest rates created a lot of uncertainty. Majd was upfront with us from the beginning and was consistent in his messaging throughout the process. He was always upbeat and patient, which often helped put us at ease. Eventually his patience and consistent work paid off, selling our property for a fair price. Highly recommended.
