This is our Family Practice at Wentworthville, We went to many stores to have the right flooring. Sam, Jung and Chris were very helpful and advised about the Hybrid Flooring. They were very attention to detail from the start to theend. The layers Jae and Lu did a wonderful job. We have built few homes and had different experiences with Carpet Court. But Carpet Court Auburn was outstanding in their service. Very Upfront and knowledgeable. Will Definitely recommend to all our friends and families.

Jung at Carpet Court Auburn helped us select our carpet by providing realistic and informative advice and insights. When there was a delay in the original installation date due to a hold up in accessing stock, he went out of his way to keep in touch, inform us of changes, and make things really easy for us to adjust to the new time schedule. He was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the process. Our installers, Steve and Mick, had the work done in 4 hours. The result is amazing. We would definitely recommend this team. Had a fantastic experience with Walter and the team at Auburn Carpet Court. Very easy to pick out a carpet and the installation was done a short time later with no issues. Very happy with end result - heartily recommended.

We had a wonderful overall experience with Carpet Court Auburn. Sam was thoroughly professional and was easily reachable through iMessage for any queries I had. We had herringbone laminate and carpet installed by them and both installations were completed to our satisfaction. My only little surprise was with the carpet install where the layer did not vacuum any of the left-over carpet strands. He removed all the big pieces though. Just something to keep in mind if you do get carpet installed by Carpet Court. I don't know about other retailers though if they provide this service or not.
