My printer went missing after Australia Post lost it, and then Australia Post made all kinds of mistakes, returning some parts to 3DPrintingSystems, Losing the printer itself and then blaming me for it and that's just the tip of the iceberg. Throughout this entire ordeal, Jeni from 3DPrintingSystems was right on the ball, helping me sort it, even sending a new printer within hours of Australia Post marking my missing items as Return To Sender" - I cannot stress enough how fantastic Bruce and Jeni were
