Best all round service in the region, I'm surprised they don't have a dominant share of market, I suppose there are some people that believe $10 per month is enough to keep their pool in shape.

Excellent for consumables and advice but very expensive for equipment, seems to charge well over other suppliers, justifying it with quality but supplied generic equipment.
