I recently visited a campaigning site that was absolutely stunning. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the well-maintained property. The grounds were powdered, the spa was inviting, the swimming pool was pristine, and the entire area was incredibly secure. The experience at this campaigning site was great, with everything being clean and well-organized. The bathrooms were spotless and had plenty of amenities, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I felt comfortable and well taken care of during my stay. The spa was a highlight for me. The relaxation and rejuvenation it provided was just what I needed to unwind from a busy day. The swimming pool was also a great way to cool off in the hot weather, and I appreciated the attention given to keeping it clean and well-maintained.In addition to the great amenities, the security at this campaigning site was top-notch. I felt completely safe throughout my stay, and the staff was vigilant in ensuring that only authorized individuals were on the property.Overall, I highly recommend this campaigning site to anyone looking for a relaxing and secure getaway. The experience was great, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were fantastic. I can't wait to go back!

Great location and literally 2 min away from Sovereign Hill. About 5min drive from Ballarat town centre where the supermarkets are. Decent size pool, amenities were suitable. The park is not on a massive site compared to some other NRMA Parks we have been to, but the ratio of amenity size to sites appeared to be acceptable. In the block near us, there was 3 shower and 3 toilets and there was never anyone waiting to use them. Laundry facilities were clean, accessible and affordable. Camp kitchen was clean and modern.Enjoyed our stay.

We had some troubles upon arrival which were sorted out in a manner beyond our expectations by the wonderful Wayne. This is a lovely Park, lots of greenery and great facilities, and close to restaurants and shops, but the customer service here is exemplary. A big thank you to the staff for ensuring our stay was perfect. We will certainly stay here again!

Stayed here for a night in a three bedroom cabin. Service was good. It's nice and close to Sovereign Hill. Cabin had everything we needed. We would stay again.

It was a very unpleasant experience. Firstly, I booked a camping site for a tent with an ensuite. When I arrived at the camping site, it was about 4 pm and raining. When I checked in, a staff member told me my site was number 8, gave me a key and a map, and showed me how to get to my spot. However, they didn't guide me to the site itself. We saw a sign that read '8 ensuite site,' but there was no border or line to indicate which area exactly was site 8. We assumed that the ensuite was in the middle of the site and started setting up the tent in the rain. While setting up, I saw a staff member wandering around. After finishing setting up the tent, we fixed it with pegs and ropes and put all the stuff inside. Setting up a tent is quite challenging, especially in the rain, so we felt tired but excited. At that moment, the staff member told me we had put up the tent on site 7 and that we needed to move it. I was frustrated because there was no indication of the site's boundaries, and they didn't provide me with a guide to the site or any heads-up about the border. In my previous camping experiences, the campsite officer always provided us with a physical guide. The sign was also confusing, and I came up with an idea. I suggested to the staff member, what about we swap with site 7?" He replied that it wasn't possible because site 8 had an ensuite

We were camping in a soft top camper van so we couldn't go on a concrete slab. The site that we got was tiny. 5m x 10m. Once the camper was stretched out there was literally no room for the car to fit. And the little makeshift road to get to our spot was near impossible to manoeuvre around with a trailer when everyone was packed in with their tents. There was only one dryer working and house keeping was using it constantly. It was raining and all of us staying there wanted to dry things and we were getting annoyed. Also you had to pay extra for the heated pool, and everything the games room? Expensive.Other then that it was good. Very clean. Close to sovereign hill. The lady on the front desk was lovely.

Great spot for a family holiday. We might not normally have picked a holiday park in Ballarat and were pleasantly surprised. The facilities are great, the cabin was super clean and comfortable. The location is great. Reception was friendly and had things on each day for the kids. This park was excellent value for money. Recommended!

My partner and I stayed here with our 1 and 3 year old over the long weekend and had the most amazing time. Accomodation was super affordable. Amazing facilities - loved the camp kitchen that was right opposite the fenced playground so we could cook whilst watching the kids and knew they couldn’t escape! Great location, within walking distance to bottle shop, Sovereign Hill, convenience store and some takeaway food options, short drive to the centre of Ballarat. So many activities for the kids to do - we loved the jumping pillow, pool and the pedal go karts. Felt like a super safe environment for them to free roam around the park. Staff were super friendly and more than willing to help in anyway. They suggested the best places to eat locally and where was most suitable for taking the kids! Room was spotless, bed was extremely comfortable, water pressure in the shower was fantastic! Room had everything we needed. Couldn’t fault our stay one bit!

Perfectly located park with clean and plentiful amenities. Dog friendly a bonus. The girls at reception were very accommodating and went out of their way to find a suitable site for us after we could not fit into our booked site even though it was heavily booked. Only downside was there was only one dryer working that was in constant use and due to wet weather conditions it was not ideal to use clothesline. Would stay again.

This a great park and we have stayed here before. Location is ideal, staff very friendly and helpful. Amenities more than adequate (* some issues needing attention, see below). Great for kids. Sites can be tight for a big van but most managed it. Would I stay again, definitely. The negatives was maintenance, the roadways are in an appalling state with some very large potholes. One amenity block had a shower out of service, leaking taps especially hot water, bug zappers in need of a good clean. We also experienced the issue of one clothes drier out of service while the other was in use by housekeeping.
