Best vets in the area. I have been going here for over 15 years. I would not trust my pets with any other vets like I do with the team here. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and explain everything in full. After hours emergency has always been super fast even when i've turned up at 3.00am

Our white Swiss Sheperd female required a caesarean. We called early Sunday morning and arrived mid morning. We were looked after by Dr Ciaran. Our female had lost a puppy earlier that day (small litter of 2) so there was no guarantee for the second puppy. A beautiful puppy was delivered, big thank you to Dr Ciaran and the whole team!! We are very grateful and now have a healthy 12 week old puppy! Thank you again to Dr Ciaran

To be clear, the one star is not for the vets in this practice, rather the admin staff and cleanliness of the clinic. It is clear that things have gone downhill since the clinic was sold to a conglomerate. Last week, I observed the treatment rooms and waiting area to be dirty. Afterwards, I exchanged a number of emails with the admin staff who refused to supply a copy of my dogs treatment history. The grounds on which they refused this request were completely unprofessional and borderline derogatory it wasn’t until I expressed my intent to seek legal support and media attention that they quickly relented. After this experience, I elected to change vets and it became explicit that I am not the only customer to be seeking an alternative veterinarian, for similar reasons as to cleanliness and the rudeness of the admin staff.

How reassuring it is to have happy wonderful vets looking after my 12yr old Oprah, she is so precious to me and the care and support is very much appreciated.

Our beautiful whippet Mia a15yo developed a growth on her mouth (melanoma?)..3 different vets gave me all different opinions and quotes that were not clear but instead ambiguous and seemed infinite with no outcome or assurance they could do anything and what the final budget would be. One of them even refused to do anything because it was so complex. Dr Zammit, was straight to the point, empathetic and gentle, yet pragmatic. He attempted to remove, which he did successfully and with minimal pain to Mia, and was really honest with us prior saying it is only short term and it will come back quickly but at least we can have that extra time (in this case 3-4 weeks) to spend as much time as possible with her and accept her fate. When the time did to make the decision for Mia to have some peace, because it grew back, he was again empathetic and gentle but pragmatic at the same time. Thank you Dr Zammit to you and your team for being there for Mia, my wife and kids at this sad time and making the difficult process easier. .

We recently had to say goodbye to our beautiful boy Sam. Dr Russell and the whole team were amazing, talked us through his prognosis, and helped us make the right choice for Sam.
