We offer a variety of classes vinyasa, slow flow, yin and workshops. Ethically sourced active wear and candles. For every product sold $2 will be donated to WWF Indigenous Women's ranger network.

Beautiful studio, just opened up but already a lovely vibe. The space is light, airy, not overheated or cooled- just right! And a range of styles available.

Sasana has a really vibrant and welcoming energy. It's nice and cosy in winter with heaters and lovely and light filled during the day. Love all the classes. I highly recommend.

Attended Sasana's launch session a few days ago. What a fantastic space for a yoga studio. The slow flow Vinyasa session was a great way to get back in to yoga. I've already booked another class. Love the plants!
