Semi-regular customer, always amazing service from girl with short black hair and girl with tattoos and long curly hair. Woman I assume to be manager (hair in ponytail, glasses) definitely needs to learn some table manners and talk with more respect toward staff.

Great food/Bakery. The only reason I give it three stars is that I go in every weekend for a pie and something sweet as my weekend treat. I am sometimes standing there for a while when no one else is there waiting. I can see they are working on something, but to make this a 5 star experience, it is good to acknowledge the customer is there and say something like I won't be too long". This will show you know the customer is there and not leave them guessing if they are going to be served."

New management, friendly staff, new donuts launched from 14-03-2019, new seating and store refurbished, great place to be for coffee, pies and they have amazing celebration cakes and lots of catering options available too. Definitely worth a visit.

Amazingly made cappuccino, had a bacon and egg roll toasted that was great tasting, also couldn’t resist the biscoff donut which tasted great! Super friendly staff, prompt service with a smile! Definitely making this my go too when on a long bike ride!

Several times I’ve ordered from this store they always seem to have a very limited selection of pies even at midday. Despite the supply shortages that a lot of businesses are experiencing these days, all other stores that I’ve been to from the same franchise don’t seem to have this ongoing issue. I would hope that if this were an issue for this particular store that they would keep the customers informed as other businesses have.Uber eats deliveries have also taken up to an hour just for a coffee. Drivers have had to wait 15-20 mins just to pick up a breakfast order. Overall the store seems poorly managed.

Nothing wrong with the product themselves but the staff here can definitely be trained better.Short hair black-haired girl served me today and cramped my two slices of cake into a small box - saw that she was going to put a cake slice into a paperbag at first.Unsure why so stingy with the packaging but seem to only be an issue with this branch - all other branches always presents beautifully.This plus just the unpleasant attitude of the service, wouldn't be in a hurry to come back here again.
